Hey Evonne this collage thing is an excellent idea.. It is pretty fun to do. It took me a long time to find the picture that I used for the collage but after I found it I can say it is an AwEsOmElY cool idea.

1 Dormer complete and one to go, and hey look they started to sheet the the roof!

Construction Day 9

These are all pictures of the new addition on to the back of the house. We are now on DAY 9 of our construction project. These pictures show the new addition off the kitchen which is the breakfast area..

Day 7 of construction!

Dale and I are already adding on to our home. This is going to be our little breakfast nook because I always wanted one (dale not so much).

Promised Land

Lonely roads I've walked. Uneven, cobbled-stone streets. With barren fields on its side. Arid, dry, lifeless.


In a distance, a man walks. His face down, never looking up. Upon me he lifts his face and smiles. Slowly he walks by.

Another man walks beside me. Held my hand, leading me. To what seems an ocean far beyond. Onto it we went, only to see a mirage.


Again, I went by my lonesome to that lonely road. Beckoning me to continue This trek to a promised land.

A crossroad, the first man returned. This time with face up, beaming with hands reaching out, offering slowly I held them, step by step.

Trek we did on this not so lonely road Farther, uphill we climbed, hand in hand Lo! and behold before us lies a valley of flowers of unknown kind.

Upon the horizon birds fly spreading their wings upon the mountainside. By my side he still stands holding my hands, he leads me to the promised land.

Friends

Waters may dry.. Flowers may die.. But true friends will never say goodbye...

A best friend will always find a way to love you even when you have done something that u cannot fix.

Our Seventh Anniversary!

Dale and I met at a gas station about 10-11 years ago. Dale always says he fell in love with me on first sight. For me it took a little convincing to fall in love with Dale. I remember him asking me out many times every time he asked to go out with me I said "NO!!" I guess just didn't want a relationship and all the drama at that time in my life. But after 7 years he is the one I truly love and adore.
I am very fortunate to have met Dale that summer day at the gas station. He brings so much to my life he is my best friend, my champion, and my one true love for life. He is very encouraging in everything I do or want to do in life. I have great respect for this man that I love so dearly. He is funny even when he doesn't want to be. He is my inspiration for being a dreamer, hard worker, and all around great guy. Dale I am so happy we are together and my life is complete with you in it. Happy Anniversary to the one I love!

Day 5 on the home construction complete!!

One week complete on the house and look how far we got. We are so blessed and amazed at our progress of our new home and we are even more blessed to share our progress with all of you..
