Food review on a home made meal...

As we all know that I love to cook at home, I would rather make a meal at home which is more affordable then going out to eat. My meal I made today costed approximately 5 dollars for 2 people to eat. You can't bet that on going out and eating at any restaurant fast food or sit down. We have very little left overs today. If we have any left overs we usually take them across the road to Dales mothers and she gets to eat as well. Today, though we only made enough for Dale and I. I made spaghetti with Aldi traditional meat spaghetti sauce and I added onion and peppers that came out of the garden for flavor. I used Walmart brand spaghetti noodles and I made my own garlic bread with butter and a little garlic seasoning. I sprinkled shredded cheese on top for an extra taste bud explosion. Was that meal delish:) Dale will be smiling for a couple of hours because his tummy is full of a good home cooked meal.. We just LOVE making meals at home..

Spending time with Family..

While Dale and I was out west we stopped in for a very short visit with Dales nephew and niece and great niece. It was a good short visit, hung out, talked, and went out for lunch and supper. We are glad you are in our lives. Thanks for letting us come and spend the day with you..

Home Cookin'

I am so grateful I am a good cook. I learned how to cook at a young age for I was cooking for a family of 8 when I was 7 or 8 years of age. We lived on a farm and everyone had there own jobs and one of mine was cooking. Breakfast before school and supper when I came home from school. I have to say I did learn from a great cook, my mother, for I am grateful for that and I believe dale is very grateful as well.
So, Dale and I have been on vacation for like 2 weeks and for Dale and I; eating out gets really old, we absolutely love home cooked meals. So today, is our first day home and I made a home cooked meal. I made chicken on the grill, cheesy potatoes, green beens and bread. Thats all I am going to say is YUMMY!!
