Chicken Enchiladas

I made a nice cost effecient lunch today. We had chicken Enchiladas. Did you ever realize that they are cheap to make and mighty tasty. They make a great tasty lunch and my hubby couldn't stop eatting them. Below is the receipt

Chicken enchilada receipt for 2 1/2 people
2 breast quarters (cut into pieces)
EL Paso enchilada sauce
4 El Maizal burrito style flour tortillas
3/4 cup shredded cheese

First you cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry in pam cookin' spray unitl meat is tender and fully cooked (will no longer be pink). Place the cooked chicken in the EL Maizal burrito style tortilla and spread on some EL Paso enchilada sauce, then sprinkle in the shredded cheese. Roll up the flour tortilla. Spread some more enchilada sauce and sprinkle cheese to top the enchilada. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Then you will have your cheap and tasty enchilada meal.
