Eatting right and exercising

I have been having issues with being obsessed with my weight and I have pledged to myself that I am going to drop 20 pounds and I am going to exercise every day for a few monthes and see what the results will be. I am also NOT going to drink any drinks with sugar in it, that means no more doctor Pepper. I am going to drop these extra pounds. I can do it because I want to do it. I will exercise on the treadmill everyday and also do my slim jam video that I purchased from ebay for less than 5 dollars. I can hardly wait to see the results in a couple of weeks. What is really going to affect me is work 13 to 14 hour shifts 3 days a week, but those day I will have to push my self extra hard. But because my mind is set to doing it I can do it. I am also going to eat better, no more snacking before supper, or after 730 at night. I will also drink lots and lots of water. I will try my best to lose a little bit of weight before Christmas, without putting it all back on, on Christmas day. Please help support my plan to become a healthier, leaner, and skinner me.
