So 3 days ago I started trying to eat right and exercising. Well, the exercising is going great, I have worked out the last 3 days and for 45 minutes each time. I love the way it is making me feel, and I can hardly wait for the results. However the eating right part, not so good. Yesterday I made this amazing apple pie. Did I pass on a piece for myself? No, I ate right up like it was going out of style, just my piece. Of course I went grocery shopping on Friday and bought everything healthy and spent 80 dollars at Wallie world. Then later on Friday, I took Dale and we spent another 180 dollars on a lot of junk. I can say though that I have only been drinking water and no soda or no juice or no Power-ade. I am happy about that. With this conclusion, I have lost 2 pounds in 3 days. So exercising does work work I just have to do it everyday...
